After some great recruiting and production from his initial recruiting class, Graves has brought big names to campus but neither maintained performance nor retained highly rated players. The team could best be described as mediocre within a strong conference. It would seem that the facilities are here and support (though it has visibly waned) is in waiting. I'm not a great analyst nor do I want to prematurely put the coach on the hot seat. I'm also not close enough to campus or the department to dig into the problem so I could be missing some important stuff. It would seem time to answer some questions or consider a change. Any thoughts, other than just piling on?
