This article came out on Wednesday but I'm not sure if you guys saw it here so I wanted to share.

The new Rivals250 is here, and there were 13 players who earned their coveted fourth stars this rankings cycle while not quite cracking the 250 cut this go-round. The Rivals national team breaks down the players on the move with some analysis on why their stock is on the rise.

Hughes really stands out because he's a big, physical linebacker who loves to be in the backfield during games, and so far during the 7-on-7 season, he's shown the ability to play in space and cover. If he has that physical aspect and then that level of athleticism, he could be a special prospect. UCLA, Nebraska, Oregon and others have captured his early attention. - Gorney
