Scott- great article! You point out something that was clearly missing in the past, that being the ability to connect with these recruits on their level. I know some of us are not Twitter and Face Book fans but that is how the kids today operate and communicate. Not saying all was bad previously but you cannot deny the new energy and new vibe around the program.
