Brooks James and Davis are very close....so close that there might be a different winner on a given day. One thing to keep in mind is that speed is more than just one's top end. It is also how quickly one can get to that top end, and then how long can they hold it. If you only hold it for a second, that is not the same as someone who can hold it for two seconds etc.
