Would you please delineate the Rivals DSA structure for me?

I realize I don't know how it works.

Is this a Rivals franchise, or are you guys employed by Rivalls, etc?

Are you the CEO and what postitions do the other mods hold, etc?

I love this site and just kinda want to know how it works.
