This is where we will miss Boucher the most (defense) as well as he does carry us from time to time with the three ball and dunks. IMO he would have taken more than three points off of the Arizona total and probably scored more than the 3 points (KBW's total). Never can prove it but for my money we win that game.
Dana has his work cut out for him figuring things out. I just can't see how he can do it with the lack of size and depth we have. We scored THREE points off the bench last night (not good if you were wondering...LOL). I can see maybe winning two games and making the sweet 16 but if any team has good bigs all they have to do is get Bell away from the hoop a bit and we are toast. Brooks has to stay out of foul trouble. He did great the first half and than get's three rather quick ones in the 2nd half meaning pine time.
Last night was a result of our weaknesses coming forward plus bad shooting from the three line. No size, no depth and mediocre point guard play isn't a very good recipe for long time success....

I thought we had as good of a chance as anybody to make the final four and win it prior to big Chris going down but injuries are part of everybody's equation. (talent, depth, no injuries and luck) and losing him wipes out 2-3 of those.
Here's hoping we over come some of that and make a decent run.....feel bad for the guys as they had a real shot!
