I know it already been reported here that Baylor is in the soup again, but if the allegations are true, does this put Baylor in danger of the Death Penalty?
I don't know what the rules are but it would sure seem so.
Consider these allegations: 52 acts of rape......5 gang rapes of which two had 10 or more rapists...attempted cover up/hush up by the Administration, allegations against coaches, Lousiville like "hostesses", etc.
So I am asking smarter minds than mine...if the allegations are proven true...is that Death Penalty material?
I bet Rhule wishes he never took that job (Lubbick too?).
I know they are insulated against these charges but, shoot, who would want to work there and have all of the stuff coming down on you all of the time.
