I believe Oregon has the highest salary in the PAC-12 for assistant coaches. My observations are not based on the results just tonight's game but what I've watched throughout the season. Moorehead and DeRuyter should be replaced. With such a high salary pool for OCs and DCs, coupled with the talent we have recruited over the MC era, there is simply no excuse for the overall performance displayed by this team. Tonight's results are simply a culmination of under achievement for the amount of talent on the roster (not field).
