If there was ever a time and reason to kick people in the ass for change to the CFP it is right now. There’s no way it will be fair given the different season structures so it’s time for the 5 major conference champions and 3 at large bids, including the highest rated non power 5 team, to get together for an 8 team playoff. Shorter seasons take away the garbage about extra games. Make the change and do a test run. If these guys can’t figure out the logistics in this amount of time then they don’t deserve to be in charge.
