I have always been a huge critic of JC, with most of my criticism directed at what I believe was a completely unprofessional approach to Altman since the sexual assault scandal. His latest article puts to rest many of my issues with him. Not only does the article highly regard Altman but JC brought up the scandal in a professional and retrospective way, offering a bit of a mea culpa. I argued a while back that I don't want a columnist that blows smoke up everyone's behinds but that there must be a balance in how one covers a team. In regards to Altman I didn't believe JC had that balance. Today's article changed that significantly. I think this article not only puts to rest a lot of complaints about Canzano but also legitimizes future articles about Altman that may be critical in nature. I apologize for bringing up what is a well treaded topic on here but if JC could offer a mea culpa then I figured that I could to.
