He is SO far over his head!
IMO we cannot afford another year before cutting him loose..........this game shows a well coached team and a not well coached team. Geeze....even the ex-Beav. Q.B. Smith out coached our O.C. Granted he has great experienced talent but also plays to their strengths very, very well.
