Oregon will receive one of Kelze Howard's four planned official visits in June with eight schools now in focus.

Kelze Howard recently narrowed his list to eight schools. He says he could still make some more cuts or even switch some schools out moving forward, but for now he has some direction in the process. He has been able to take several unofficial visits this spring, but now he will transition to taking official visits over the course of June. Arizona will be the first school to have him on campus, and he told me Oregon, Nebraska and Utah will follow. He has not yet decided what will happen with that final official visit, but for now the Ducks are locked in for June 10.
Michigan, USC, Miami and Oregon State are the other schools on his short list that was released a couple weekends ago. Howard was offered by the Ducks in February, and he has built a solid relationship with the staff. Oregon is a school he is looking at closely and figures to be in the mix for the long haul. At this stage he is hoping to make a decision by the start of his senior season, but he is not sticking to a firm timeline.
Oregon has done a good job of positioning itself well heading into a busy stretch of visits.
“Oh my gosh, Oregon’s coaching staff, yeah, they’re dope. Coach Tuioti and coach Lanning, they treat me like I’m one of them already. So, I really get a home feeling when I’m talking to Oregon.”
