When the new rule on 10 assistant football coaches becomes effective how do you think Oregon will use this. Is it legal to have a full time coach scout future opponents?Make him Director of Scouting. Scout future opponents to better able the rest of the staff to game plan .
Or would it be better to have a full time recruiting coach. Make him Director of recruiting.( my research into this indicates most teams are planning to make use of the the 10th assistant as a full time Director of Recruiting).He could then recruit year round while the rest of the coaches are spending most of their time during the season game planning.
Any other possible ideas?
